The goal of the program is to identify youth who are going to have a turbulent transition to adulthood and offer positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail their lives.   "Our kids are our future" Help strengthen our children's mind with positive dreams.

	Mentoring that builds relationships.   Empowering our young people to make positive changes in their lives.  Encouraging students to successfully complete school.   Our goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in their future.

	Mentoring Activities Participating in professional development activities such as continuing education conferences, seminars, regional and national conferences Sitting at networking tables at conferences and seminars Email messaging Telephone meetings Electronic voice chats Videoconferencing Shadowing (observing the mentor or another individual) Visiting mentor's job site Face-to-face meetings with mentor and other participants Sharing resources (human and material) Participating in DTAE Mentoring Program sponsored activities   Professional research and reading Our services are provided free. Our team will work hard to keep the kids excelling in school.
